Description
The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms with municipal experience in environmental and hazardous materials analysis. The selected respondents will form a pre-qualified pool for as-needed professional services; individual projects may be solicited through later RFPs and awarded as task orders, or selected based on submitted qualifications. Pre-qualification does not guarantee any task orders. Responses should address relevant qualifications and experience, proposed staff, available resources and location, methodology and approach, added value, and references. The response is limited to 35 pages, excluding specified front matter and attachments. The initial agreement term is three years. The draft agreement includes insurance requirements for workers’ compensation, commercial general liability, automobile liability, and professional liability.
