Description
Pierce County is soliciting bids for the M&O Facility LED Lighting Replacement Project at its Central Maintenance Facility. The work includes replacing existing lighting control panels with a new control system, installing a central lighting control station, and providing wiring to integrate the control system into the local network across six buildings. The estimated basic work is $325,000 to $400,000, excluding Washington State sales tax. The successful bidder must substantially complete the basic work within 60 working days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bids must use the provided forms, include a 5% bid bond, and the successful bidder must provide 100% payment and performance bonds. Prevailing wage requirements apply.
