Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package of sunscreen preparation under NSN 6505-01-657-9247. The unit of issue is one package containing 24 three-ounce tubes. The product must contain 4.5% titanium dioxide and 4% zinc oxide, provide SPF 50 protection, remain sweat- and water-resistant for 80 minutes, and be hypoallergenic, oil-free, PABA-free, biodegradable, and suitable for outdoor use. The product is FDA-regulated and must have a 24-month total shelf life with at least 21 months remaining upon receipt by the first Government activity. Delivery is FOB destination within 20 days after award to the specified military destination. Commercial packaging, medical marking, traceable shipment, and applicable DLA packaging and labeling requirements apply.
