Description
The Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales is soliciting bids for medications and other pharmaceutical products for participating establishments in designated Quebec delivery regions. Awarded suppliers must sell the products to the centralized distributor designated by the Centre, at the awarded prices and under the contract's terms and conditions. The initial contract period is scheduled to run from April 1, 2027, or the date stated in the award notice, through March 31, 2030, with two optional 12-month renewal periods. Prices are fixed and firm during the initial term, although selling prices may be reduced during the contract period. The solicitation requires online submission through the Appel d'Offres Santé platform and does not require a bid guarantee.
