Description
The United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center is soliciting competitive quotations from certified small businesses for the firm-fixed-price overhaul of various aircraft accumulators. The contractor must provide the required labor, parts, materials, tooling, and test equipment; perform the overhaul work; and furnish a Certificate of Conformance in accordance with FAR 52.246-15. Offerors must also provide certification traceability to the manufacturer, the manufacturer's Certificate of Conformance, and the contractor's own certificate. No drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the agency. The base requirement is six overhauls for each of Line Items 2 and 5, with an option for six additional overhauls for each item, for a maximum of twelve overhauls per item. The option may be exercised unilaterally at the same price and turnaround time for up to 365 days after the initial award. Pricing must be submitted on Attachment 1, with Attachments 2 and 3 providing the Statement of Work, applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria.
