Description
Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking firm-fixed-price proposals for custom aluminum corner and top extrusions, or domestic equivalents, made from 6005A-T61 alloy with a mill finish. The bill of materials specifies corner extrusions in 45-inch and 270-inch lengths, and top extrusions in 42-inch and 270-inch lengths, with quantities of 65, 22, 22, and 20 respectively. The requested products must meet the stated dimensional tolerances and identify the manufacturer, country of origin, unit pricing, total pricing, and lead time. Award will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal. The response must include a firm-fixed-price quote with a proposed delivery schedule, a completed and signed Abbreviated Representations and Certifications form, and a section addressing any exceptions or stating that no exceptions are taken. FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, applies; the solicitation is not set aside for small businesses.
