Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for specified quantities and sizes of corrugated aluminum pipe, corrugated aluminum pipe arches, and gasketed aluminum connecting bands. Products must comply with the 2024 Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures and applicable addenda; pipe must be inspected, approved, and stamped by an NCDOT Materials and Tests inspector. The solicitation covers a one-time agency-specific purchase for Highway Division 2 New Bern Bridge Maintenance. The awarded vendor must deliver FOB destination within North Carolina, with delivery expected within 30 consecutive calendar days after receipt of a purchase order. The vendor must be an authorized manufacturer, dealer, reseller, or distributor, and must provide manufacturer authorization and warranty documentation if requested. Electronic bids must include the completed execution pages, pricing attachment, Location of Workers Utilized by Vendor form, applicable addenda acknowledgments, and the EO50 price-matching form if applicable.
