Description
Fayetteville Public Works Commission seeks four new 230/66 kV autotransformers rated 201.6/268.8/336 MVA at 65°C. The scope includes complete equipment and accessories, engineering and drawings, factory and field testing, warranties, delivery, unloading and placement, field assembly, vacuum processing and oil filling, commissioning support, and manufacturer field-service personnel. The transformers must meet extensive technical requirements for windings, insulation, bushings, cooling, monitoring, dissolved-gas analysis, controls, and communications. Bidders must provide technical documentation demonstrating compliance, including manufacturer data and supporting information on service history and short-circuit testing. The bid pricing form requests firm unit prices for each transformer, delivery commitments, guaranteed loss data, field-service rates, tariff disclosures, and other bidder and manufacturer information. The bid must include the completed pricing form and debarment/responsibility certification; applicable exception forms are required if exceptions are proposed. References are encouraged, and the economic impact disclosure form is requested for reporting. This is a one-time procurement, with preferred deliveries scheduled for 2031.
