Description
The City of Talladega is soliciting sealed bids for the demolition and clearance of specified structures under CDBG Project LR-CE-PF-23-002. The bid package will identify the structures to be demolished and will include the information for bidders, bid and contract forms, specifications, and bond forms. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled, and bidders may contact the listed procurement representatives to request the bid package and arrange to view the subject buildings.
