Description
The US Educational Technology Purchasing Alliance is soliciting proposals from qualified manufacturers, authorized resellers, distributors, and service providers for a master convenience contract covering a broad range of information technology equipment and services. Scope includes network infrastructure, switches, routers, wireless access points and controllers, firewalls and security products, cabling, racks, UPS and battery backup equipment, servers, storage, cloud and managed services, professional services, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, training, cybersecurity, and related products. Vendors may respond to all or selected categories, and equivalent products are permitted where specified. The resulting contract is intended to be an indefinite-quantity, non-exclusive vehicle available to USETPA members, subscribers, schools, libraries, government entities, and other eligible public or educational organizations. The RFP states an initial five-year term with one additional five-year extension in one section, while another section states an initial two-year term with automatic two-year renewals for up to ten years. Proposals must include pricing discounts, product and service descriptions, applicable manufacturer price lists, warranty and maintenance information, authorization documentation where applicable, financial-stability evidence, references, and the required appendices and contract forms. The solicitation requires both a sealed paper submission and an electronic copy by email.
