Description
Crook County School District is soliciting proposals for fully managed Dedicated Internet Access supporting educational, administrative, and operational needs across designated district sites. The requested service capacity is approximately 2 to 5 Gbps and must include at least five usable static public IPv4 addresses. Proposals should address network topology, resiliency and path diversity, DDoS mitigation, BGP and IPv4/IPv6 routing, peering, provider-independent IP addressing, service monitoring, and service-level commitments including 99.99% network availability, latency, jitter, packet-loss, outage-response, and restoration requirements. The scope may include installation, initial configuration, demarcation, fiber pathway design, network diagrams, construction, permitting, conduit, handholes, splicing, restoration, labeling, and as-built documentation. The District requests pricing for 36-, 60-, and 120-month service terms, with five optional one-year voluntary extensions. Respondents must submit a technical proposal, service-level agreement, implementation timeline, network and fiber pathway maps, sample contract, three recent customer references, and the specified attachments and forms. Providers must maintain a valid USAC Service Provider Identification Number and comply with applicable E-Rate requirements.
