Description
The 143d Maintenance Group requires one automated industrial vending and electronic locker system, including hardware, software, installation, configuration, training, and a five-year parts-and-labor warranty. The system must support secure management, tracking, and dispensing of tools, consumables, and other inventory, with approximately 1,200 physical bins assigned to unique stock-keeping units. The system may use one touchscreen kiosk to operate both vending and locker units, must provide at least a 10-pound scale capacity, and may exceed the approximate footprint dimensions if the complete system fits within the designated installation area. TCMax integration is no longer required, and dedicated employee numbers or PINs are sufficient for user access instead of Common Access Card authentication. An original equipment manufacturer may perform installation, configuration, and training as a subcontractor or supplier. The requirement is for new items only, with delivery to the designated facility no later than 90 days after receipt of order. The government confirmed that no bonding, special contractor license, or specific insurance threshold is required. Quotes will be evaluated on price alone among eligible, responsible, and responsive small-business offerors whose systems meet the stated salient characteristics. Each offeror may submit multiple offers, which will be evaluated separately.
