The U.S. Navy is seeking a main disc lap tool, part number NK2715-1, manufactured in accordance with the design, material, and dimensional requirements associated with Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corp. (CAGE 8FGX3). The solicitation states that the cited part number is fully descriptive and that no separate technical drawings or technical data are associated with the procurement. The supplier must provide an inspection system acceptable to the Government, maintain inspection records, comply with applicable technical-document revisions, and meet specified packaging, cleanliness-control, marking, and mercury-exclusion requirements. A Certificate of Compliance under DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted at material delivery for each applicable contract/purchase-order, National Stock Number, and item-nomenclature combination.
