Description
The City of Asheville is accepting prequalification submissions from prime contractors for capital repair and restoration work at the Harrah's Cherokee Center Asheville and Biltmore Avenue parking garages. Work includes removing existing traffic coatings and topping treatments; removing corrosion from steel components and spalled concrete; repairing concrete cracks and reinforcing structural connections; installing traffic coatings, waterproofing sealers, joint sealants, expansion joints, guardrails, and decorative infill panels; replacing stair assemblies; and painting and striping.
