Description
The County of San Diego is seeking proposals for Lot 3 East to provide School-Based Incredible Years behavioral health services. The selected provider will deliver predominantly school-based, group-oriented social-emotional skill-building interventions using The Incredible Years curriculum for Medi-Cal-eligible, low-income, or uninsured children in preschool through third grade, along with caregiver support and limited individual services, referrals, and community or home-based services as clinically appropriate. Services must be provided at designated public school sites in the East SELPA region and supported by a Medi-Cal-certified clinic, with telehealth available when clinically indicated and at least one evening of clinic availability each week. The proposal must address program implementation, school-district partnerships, staffing, training, cultural and linguistic competency, organizational experience, financial capacity, references, subcontracting, pricing, and acceptance of contract terms. Offerors must provide a Letter of Intent from a school district in the identified region and complete the County's required forms, including the linguistic and cultural diversity plan and small-local-business subcontractor utilization plan. The anticipated contract structure is a one-year initial term with four one-year options, with an estimated Lot 3 five-year contract amount of $5,816,144 to $6,462,382.
