Description
The City seeks a contractor to improve drainage at the Jefferson Barns Community Vitality Center. Work includes leveling existing gutters, installing approximately 250 linear feet of splash guard and one seamless aluminum downspout, reconstructing an existing catch basin, installing three 100-gallon dry well retention tanks with associated excavation, stone, filter fabric, and backfill, and connecting the dry wells with 12-inch reinforced concrete drainage pipe. The contractor must verify quantities and measurements and complete the work in accordance with the specifications. The project requires Davis-Bacon prevailing wages and compliance with Community Development Block Grant requirements. The proposal package includes a bid form, vendor disclosure statement, addendum acknowledgment, references sheet, and project-specific work specifications. The City requires three references and specifies insurance coverage, including general liability, workers' compensation, employer's liability, automobile liability, and umbrella excess liability.
