Description
The City seeks goose control services at three properties. Proposers may offer egg and nest removal, which requires a Michigan Department of Natural Resources permit before work begins, and/or dog-based hazing using trained border collies or equivalent handlers and other visual stimuli. Dog-hazing pricing is requested for intensive service at 40 visits per month per location and maintenance service at 20 visits per month per location. The pricing form requests per-property costs for each service level or option. Proposals are evaluated based on qualifications and experience, capacity, methodology/work plan, comparable completed projects, cost, and past performance. The selected vendor will enter into a one-year contract with a two-year extension option at the City's discretion. Three references are required.
