Description
The City seeks a qualified newspaper publisher for a one-year contract beginning January 1, 2027. The newspaper must meet Michigan statutory qualifications for publishing legal notices. The scope includes legal notices and classified publications, with pricing for publication per column inch and specified sample notices. The proposal must describe the publisher's circulation, publication schedule and deadlines, electronic file capabilities, placement practices, recycled-paper use, online access and archiving, and any incidental services or affidavit costs. Bidders must provide an affidavit of circulation and four sample public notices with their costs. The solicitation also requests classified advertising rates and any additional market-area pricing options.
