Description
The City of Fredericksburg, Virginia, is considering a non-exclusive site lease agreement with Terreva Stafford RNG, LLC and Stafford County for landfill gas recovery and beneficial-use operations at a landfill operated by the Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board. The proposed lease would have a term of up to 30 years, with optional renewals, and would be subject to concurrent performance of a separate landfill gas purchase and sale agreement. Competing proposals may be submitted for consideration. The notice states that proposals were previously accepted through a Stafford County request for proposals issued in fall 2025. The proposed lease is available for review at the Clerk of Council's office during normal business hours.
