Description
The State of Missouri, through its Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is seeking proposals to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for freight services. This initiative aims to streamline the procurement process, foster competition, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of services for various state agencies, including the Office of Administration, Division of General Services (Missouri State Agency for Surplus Property), State Emergency Management Agency, Department of Social Services, and Missouri Vocational Enterprises. The services will encompass a diverse fleet of vehicles for transporting a wide range of surplus assets, from individual pallets to oversized machinery, on an as-needed basis. Vendors must have at least one year of experience in providing freight services. The solicitation outlines a preference for using established contracts, but does not guarantee any usage.
