Description
The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), is seeking freight forwarding services to support the Gang Suppression Force (GSF) mission in Haiti. This includes the transportation of various items such as aircraft parts, hazardous materials, ammunition, vehicles, building equipment, and general commodities, both to and from the United States and Haiti. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of freight handling, including packing, crating, warehousing, customs clearance, and transportation. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) basis, with a guaranteed minimum order of $20,000 per year and a maximum of $3,000,000 per year. The contract is expected to be a fixed-price contract.
