Description

The County seeks up to two contractors to perform painting and related job order work at County-owned facilities. Contractors must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and related items needed for individual projects, which will be defined through separate job orders. The work includes painting and coating tasks, surface preparation, and related repairs; the Construction Task Catalog also includes lead-paint preparation, removal, and encapsulation tasks. A Class C-33 license is required, and bidders must meet the stated experience and staffing qualifications. Each agreement has a maximum value of $1,000,000 and a one-year term, with no minimum work guaranteed. Bidders submit adjustment factors using the provided bid form. A $25,000 bid bond or cashier’s check is required with the bid; the successful contractor must provide $250,000 payment and performance bonds and a letter of bondability.
