Description
Englewood Public Schools seeks dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical internet access with service-level agreement guarantees for eight school sites. The district requires at least 3 Gbps of bandwidth and requests pricing for 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps options, along with 1/28 and 1/29 blocks of static IP addresses. Proposals must include all recurring and one-time costs, including service, equipment lease, construction, installation, connection, fees, and surcharges. For contracted service, vendors must provide 36-month pricing; month-to-month offers are also considered, and initial terms longer than 60 months will not be considered. The proposed service must allow bandwidth increases during the contract, permit penalty-free circuit termination if a site closes, and allow a new site to be added at the existing monthly recurring rate. Proposals must include the provider’s SPIN and comply with the stated E-Rate requirements.
