Description
The U.S. Army requires complete laundry services for the 1st Infantry Division's Victory Reception Company, Commanding General's Mounted Color Guard, and Protocol Office. The contractor must provide pickup, transportation, washing, and return services for linen and bedding—including pillows, blankets, sheets, and pillowcases—as well as flags, tablecloths, napkins, and ceremonial uniforms. Service is initially planned twice weekly at VRC Building 208, CGMCG Building 275, and 1st Infantry Division Protocol Building 580, with transportation between the government locations and the contractor's facility. Quantities in the pricing workbook are estimates; the contractor will invoice based on actual quantities processed, and quantities exceeding estimates may require a contract modification to increase funding. Specialized care instructions will be provided by the requiring activities. This is a new requirement with no incumbent laundry contract. The firm-fixed-price solicitation includes a one-year base period from September 14, 2026, through September 13, 2027, and four one-year option periods, for a potential five-year term. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside. Responses must include the completed Pricing Sheet 26-Q-A039 and completed solicitation; award evaluation considers price, technical specifications, delivery, and past performance. Amendment 1 provides industry-question answers and an updated wage determination.
