Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet, Office of Procurement Services, is establishing a master agreement for ammunition and munitions, including handgun, rifle, and shotgun ammunition; less-lethal kinetic and chemical projectiles; OC/pepper spray; and non-lethal training ammunition. The solicitation also covers firearms and related products, including handguns, rifles, shotguns, firearm parts and accessories, Tasers, kinetic/chemical projectile launchers, firearm conversion kits, and dedicated non-lethal training weapons. There are no guaranteed quantities or spending limits. Vendors may bid on one or more line items and must complete the applicable Bid Sheet pages, providing discount percentages off published list prices and years in business as a provider of ammunition/munitions. The electronic bid must show $0.01 in the Unit Price field; actual pricing must be provided on the Bid Sheet. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth eProcurement system, with the Bid Sheet included. Paper bids are not accepted. The initial contract period runs from award through April 30, 2028, with four additional two-year renewal periods available.
