Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one cab assembly, NSN 2510-01-568-0174, with a contractor first article test requirement. The contractor must test one unit as specified in the solicitation and submit a first article test report within 120 calendar days from the contract date. The approved first article must be retained at the production facility until production quantities are completed and accepted. The item is subject to technical-data access controls, quality and origin inspection requirements, domestic-material restrictions, DLA packaging and marking requirements, and CMMC Level 2 requirements. The solicitation states that quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. The requirement is not a small-business set-aside, although HUBZone price-evaluation provisions are included.
