Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting a quotation for one gasket, NSN 5330-01-374-8943, part number 8351696, manufactured by Gaskets O-Rings Rubber Inc. (CAGE 44HT7). The item must be non-asbestos and comply with the applicable source-control, quality, identification-marking, packaging, and inspection requirements. Alternate offers require source approval and a complete technical data package; export-controlled technical data access requires approved Joint Certification Program certification and DLA approval. The requested quantity is one each, with delivery required five days after award, FOB origin, and destination inspection and acceptance. The item must be packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129, with shipment to the specified military destination at Fort Irwin, California.
