Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one package of screw-cap sampling bottles, with 200 bottles per package. The bottles must be 120 mL, shrink-banded for tamper-evident sealing, without sodium thiosulfate, and have a 24-month shelf life. No more than three months may elapse between manufacture and delivery. Packaging must comply with the solicitation's commercial packaging, medical marking, labeling, palletization, and shipping requirements. The requested NSN is 6640-01-645-4910, and the solicitation identifies IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. part number WV120SB-200 as the exact product while permitting alternate offers only when accompanied by complete technical data. Delivery is required within 20 days after award to Fort Irwin, California.
