Description
Community School Corporation of Eastern Hancock County seeks symmetrical Internet access and data transmission services with guaranteed throughput of approximately 500 Mbps, scalable to approximately 1 Gbps, delivered to its head-end at Eastern Hancock Elementary School. The proposal must include pricing in approximately 100 Mbps increments, at least five public IPv4 addresses, pricing for additional IPv4 addresses, and optional IPv6 pricing. Vendors must describe the service handoff, pathway from the provider's point of presence, any third-party leased lines, provider-owned onsite equipment, and optional resiliency, firewall, and DDoS protection features. Responses must include complete recurring and nonrecurring pricing, any price escalators, a proposed SLA with 99.99% network availability efforts, packet-loss, latency, jitter, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, two-hour diagnosis and four-hour repair commitments, service reporting, and chronic-outage remedies. Vendors must provide three similar-service references, an E-Rate SPIN number with a current SPAC form on file, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. The anticipated contract term is three to five years with any extension terms and pricing specified in the proposal; open-ended or evergreen terms are not acceptable.
