Description
Tanana Chiefs Conference is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed law firms to provide comprehensive legal services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will advise on general counsel, contracts and procurement, tribal governance and child welfare, healthcare and HIPAA matters, litigation and dispute resolution, employment and labor, regulatory and legislative matters, and other assigned legal needs. Addendum 1 clarifies that applicants are required to be admitted to the Alaska State Bar. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format, and the procurement schedule includes a Notice of Intent to Award followed by contract execution and notice to proceed.
