Description
The State of Idaho Division of Public Works is soliciting sealed proposals for the remodel of approximately 24,000 square feet of existing unused research space into new classrooms, studio spaces, and offices. The project is located at the Eames Building 96 on the Idaho State University campus in Pocatello, Idaho. A pre-bid conference will be held on August 18, 2026, at the project site. Bidders must hold a valid Idaho Public Works Contractor's License and provide a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount. The estimated cost of the project is $4,988,300.
