Description
The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development intends to procure shipment, installation, dismantling, return shipment, and storage of its existing 10-by-20-foot custom exhibit booth for the 2026 RE+ Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The procurement is identified as a single-source opportunity for Skyline, which currently stores the booth and provides warranty coverage related to its fabrication, movement, and installation. DEED states that using another vendor to move or install the booth would void the applicable warranty coverage. The solicitation therefore identifies Skyline as the only reasonably available vendor capable of providing the required services while maintaining the existing warranty. All project documentation and vendor submissions must be completed through the State of Minnesota Supplier Portal, although the notice states that this opportunity does not require submissions.
