Description
Clark County is soliciting a contractor to refurbish and repair four existing pedestrian bridges at the Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road intersection. The work includes replacing 12 existing escalators with high-efficiency, heavy-duty transit-grade units; modernizing six hydraulic elevators, including replacing hydraulic jacks; and repairing or replacing elevator roofing. Additional work includes upgrades and expansions to mechanical, electrical, and maintenance rooms; HVAC, lighting, plumbing, doors, roofing, waterproofing, stairs, handrails, tactile warning panels, drainage, sump pumps, pavement, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, landscaping, and irrigation. Attendance at the mandatory virtual pre-bid conference is required; bids from firms that do not attend will be rejected.
