Description
The Internal Revenue Service is seeking up to three small-business contractors for a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract supporting approximately 410 existing conference rooms nationwide. The scope includes procurement of commercial audiovisual and video teleconferencing equipment; site surveys; staging; shipping; installation; configuration; programming; testing; relocation; preventive and corrective maintenance; troubleshooting; managed support; training; asset tracking; and end-of-life technology refresh. Solutions must provide interoperable, OEM-supported systems integrated with the IRS network and security architecture and applicable collaboration platforms. The solicitation uses a two-phase down-select process. Phase 1 requires a brand authorization and cybersecurity submission plus the revised native Excel staffing workbook, including labor-hour allocation and certification/training information. Invited offerors must submit a blinded technical narrative, past-performance volume, and the revised native Excel pricing matrix in Phase 2. The total maximum aggregate ordering value is $24,746,987.96 over a five-year ordering period, with a six-month extension available. Amendment 0002 extends the Phase 2 proposal deadline to October 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern time and provides notice of consolidation of agency requirements into this standalone multiple-award IDIQ vehicle.
