Description
The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is soliciting quotes for professional employee benefits and financial literacy training. This is a firm-fixed-price purchase order for services to be performed within Calendar Year 2026. The training will be delivered in-person at three distinct locations: Baltimore, Norfolk, and Alameda. Sessions will include a full-day "Federal Retirement Benefits" briefing covering TSP, VCP, FEGLI, FEHB (Medicare), and Disability Insurance, as well as CSRS training. A half-day "Financial Literacy" briefing will cover basic budgeting, risk management, investing, and retirement estate planning. Each session should accommodate no more than 50 participants. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, including a Lead Instructor with at least five years of experience in FERS, CSRS, and TSP, and a recognized financial planning credential. All contractor personnel must be U.S. Citizens and possess a proper government ID.
