Description
The U.S. Virgin Islands Police Department is seeking media production services for three traffic-safety messaging campaigns: “VIOHS: Who Are We?”, “Traffic Safety Is All Ah We,” and “Do It for Them.” The contractor will work with the Virgin Islands Office of Highway Safety to create, edit, and produce culturally relevant 30-second video spots using appropriate subjects, language, imagery, and music. The storylines and audio must work without visuals for use on audio advertising platforms. The scope also includes translating and editing each video asset into regional Spanish and Haitian Creole, as well as producing radio audio advertisements from each video asset. Quotes must be submitted electronically through the government procurement system.
