Description
Dallas College seeks a qualified, licensed, and experienced provider for armored car service at designated college locations. The scope includes scheduled pickup and delivery of bank deposits and change orders, generally Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday service. Deposit bags must remain unopened, and consolidation services are not required. Pickups are scheduled three times weekly at most locations and five times weekly at North Lake Campus; the provider must deliver deposits to the depository vault by 2:30 p.m. the same day or the next business day. The bid price sheet requests all-inclusive monthly pricing for Years 1, 2, and 3. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year renewals.
