Description
This project involves remodel work on floors 1 (Lobby) and 5 of the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada's Summit Tower. The scope includes updating finishes and making minor upgrades to electrical and low voltage systems. Any damaged areas outside the primary scope of work will also be repaired. Work is scheduled to occur during off-hours, from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Major utility disruptions require at least 48 hours' advance notice to UMC's Engineering Department and must be scheduled after business hours. Bidders must demonstrate experience working in an operational hospital environment and adhere to strict infection control policies.
