Description
The City of Philadelphia Health Department is soliciting quotes for two no-substitution-equivalent items: one magnetic dry-erase square whiteboard with an aluminum frame measuring 48 by 48 inches, and one fabric bulletin board with a black frame measuring 3 by 2 feet. Equivalent products meeting the stated specifications are permitted, including the referenced LEN B09120120-FR and Staples item 24546646 / model ST61263-CC. The micro-purchase may be awarded as a whole or by line item, at the City's discretion, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award, and delivery or performance must not begin until notified by the department. Electronic quotes are permitted.
