Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking critical safety valves. This solicitation is issued under EAF authority, and the synopsis is waived based on urgency. The requirement incorporates DFARS clause 252.209-7010, Identification of Critical Safety Items, by reference. Procurement Note E05 (DLAD 46.292) is also incorporated by reference, as is DFARS clause 252.242-7005, Contractor Business Systems, as applicable. The valves are expected to have a 12-month warranty, with a 45-day discovery period for defects. The solicitation also includes standard clauses related to Buy American-Free Trade Agreements, Equal Opportunity, and Warranty of Supplies.
