REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Owner's Representative / Construction Management Services East Valley School District — General Capital Projects Support Issued Pursuant to RCW 28A.335.190(14) / RCW 39.80 East Valley School District, a Washington public school district, hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide owner's representative / construction management services in connection with a range of upcoming minor to mid-sized capital projects. The anticipated scope of services may include, without limitation, planning, design, procurement, construction, closeout, warranty, and stakeholder coordination support for upcoming capital projects. The School District will select the most highly qualified firm on a competitive basis based on demonstrated competence and qualifications. Pricing information is not to be submitted with qualifications.
