Description
The Washington State Department of Transportation is seeking a real estate broker to market, negotiate, and facilitate the sale of vacant land owned by the agency. Services must comply with applicable laws, professional real estate standards, and agency policies. Bidders must propose commission rates based on estimated property value. The solicitation includes required bidder certification, scored non-cost factors, and bid pricing submittals; three client reference evaluations must be sent directly to the procurement coordinator by the bidders’ references. The initial contract term is up to 12 months.
