Description
The agencies seek a commercial real estate brokerage firm to assist with the sale of their current office building. The contractor will support valuation, listing, marketing, responding to offers, negotiations, due diligence, and closing, and may assist with a potential leaseback and other related real estate services. Compensation is proposed as a commission based on the sale price; the proposal must state the requested commission percentage. The lead broker and other key professionals must hold Texas real estate broker licenses, and the lead broker must have at least 10 years of relevant experience. Proposals must include recent financial statements, proof of professional liability and workers’ compensation coverage, relevant transaction experience and references, personnel qualifications, a sample brokerage agreement, and an information security plan. The initial contract term is one year, with up to three one-year renewal terms.
