Description
Bulloch County Schools is soliciting a turnkey contractor to perform a comprehensive audit of existing interior and exterior lighting and retrofit or replace outdated systems with modern LED solutions at Mill Creek Elementary School. The scope includes engineering, design, inspection, permitting, materials, equipment, labor, disposal, freight, warranties, wireless dimming systems for classrooms, offices, and conference rooms, and work scheduled outside normal school operations. The proposal must include existing- and proposed-lighting inventories, detailed LED product information, an implementation plan, estimated energy savings and measurement methodology, rebate assistance, warranties, firm pricing, and a written scope of work. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance, a bonding-company compliance letter, and 100% performance and payment bonds. The selected contractor will have 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed to achieve substantial completion, with liquidated damages of $200 per calendar day for delays beyond the stated allowance.
