Description
The Lawrence Public Library District is requesting proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) for Funding Year 2027. The selected provider will support and manage the district’s existing eligible Category 2 network infrastructure and services. The requested scope includes operation, management, and monitoring of existing firewalls, switches, routers, cabling, wireless access points, network controllers, and UPS battery backups. Vendors must have an E-Rate SPIN, have the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC, comply with applicable USAC rules and regulations, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and reference FCC Form 470 number 270001842. Equivalent or comparable brands will be considered. The district may consider multi-year, month-to-month, or varying-term arrangements and may add or remove services as business needs change.
