Description
The City of Harrisburg is soliciting bids for a fixed-fee project involving line striping and pavement markings. The solicitation identifies supporting conceptual paint-marking documentation, prevailing wage rates, bid submission instructions, and required response templates. Required submission materials include the completed Bid Acknowledgements questionnaire, current certificate of insurance, completed and signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, Legal Disclosure, Bid Pricing Schedule, subcontractor list or confirmation that no subcontractors are proposed, applicable M/W/D/SBE certifications, a list of government contracts with client name and scope, a written bid narrative, and an equipment list.
