Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting catalog pricing for automobiles, trucks, and sport utility vehicles. Vendors may offer alternates and must provide pricing information, catalog or list-price discounts, and manufacturer, brand, and model details for each item offered. The cooperative may award items individually or in combinations and requires vendors to accept partial awards. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. Products must generally be new, delivered within 10 working days after a purchase order unless otherwise specified, and covered by at least a 90-day product guarantee or the manufacturer's standard commercial warranty, whichever is greater. Bids must be submitted through the program's encrypted online bid submission software. Required attachments include the completed EDGAR Vendor Certification, Form 1295, Goodbuy procurement and non-discrimination policy acknowledgment, regional service map, and Form W-9.
