Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control is soliciting bids for comprehensive annual calibration, maintenance, and repair services for pipettes, balances, and weight sets used by its Environmental Chemistry Laboratory. The contractor must provide personnel, materials, equipment, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, calibration, repairs as needed, and calibration reports meeting ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, including measurement traceability and applicable uncertainty information. Pipettes and weight sets will be shipped to the contractor for service, while balances must be calibrated on site. The contractor must hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, provide accreditation documentation and staff competency records upon request, and return calibrated pipettes and reports within seven calendar days after receipt. The contract is for three years with an option for one additional year.
