St. Charles County is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a pre-qualified roster of firms interested in providing Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying services. Firms can submit their Statement of Qualifications at any time. Submissions should include proof of authorization to conduct business in Missouri, proof of at least one licensed professional in the applicable discipline, a statement of intent to assign a licensed professional to awarded projects, and supporting qualification information demonstrating expertise. Required insurance includes Errors and Omissions, Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers Compensation/Employer's Liability, and Excess Umbrella policies. Firms must also certify that they do not knowingly employ unauthorized aliens and are enrolled in the E-Verify federal work authorization program.
