Description
The City of Moberly is soliciting sealed bids for one new single-engine combination sewer cleaner. The unit must combine high-pressure sewer and manhole cleaning with independent vacuum debris collection, including a minimum 1,000-gallon water tank, 3,000-PSI high-pressure water system, 600 feet of 1-inch jet hose, vacuum boom and hose extensions, debris body, hydraulic dumping system, operator controls, lighting, cameras, safety systems, and related accessories. The bid must address the detailed technical specifications and identify any deviations. The requested unit includes operator training, operating and maintenance manuals, an operational video, and specified manufacturer warranties, including five-year warranties for the centrifugal compressor and debris body and a ten-year replacement warranty for the water tanks. Bidders must provide a base bid, separately priced optional items and post-sale support offerings, and a separate trade-in allowance for the City's 2018 Vactor combination sewer cleaner, if applicable.
